Buyers looking to purchase a luxury condominium overlooking a golf course no longer have to actually live in a golf course community. That’s because Province Park, a 101-acre gated resort-lifestyle community in Fort Myers, has introduced Greens Edge.
According to Howard Krass, the community’s director of sales and marketing, Greens Edge borders Eastwood Golf Course and offers views of the course’s tree-lined fairways and lakes.
“Greens Edge not only gives residents golf course vistas from every major room in their condominium, but also convenient access to Eastwood should they decide they’d like to play golf,” said Krass.
Through an agreement with the City of Fort Myers, Province Park’s residents have direct, private access to Eastwood whether they walk or take their own golf cart. For those golfers who don’t own a cart, Province Park has a fleet of golf carts available.
“Having golf carts available for residents adjacent to a championship golf course is like offering the country club lifestyle but without the high cost usually associated with golf club membership,” said Krass.
Greens Edge features 11 six-story buildings offering sunrise and sunset views. There are 30 homes per building for a total of 330 homes. Three different floor plans are available.
The Broadmoor is a three-bedroom/den/two-and-a-half-bath plan with 1,586 square feet. The Aberdeen is a three-bedroom/den/two-and-a-half-bath plan with 1,716 square feet. The Carlsbad is a two-bedroom/den/two-bath plan with 1,860 square feet.
“All of the floor plans at Greens Edge were designed to take full advantage of the golf course views,” said Krass. “Standard features include granite countertops, raised panel cabinetry, crown molding, a security system and wide tiled verandas.”
Prices at Greens Edge begin in the $300s. The developer, Harp Development, is now accepting reservations.
Greens Edge will have its own amenity center. The clubhouse will feature a tropical lagoon pool, spa, tiki bar with grill area, aerobics room, sauna and a clubroom.
