Greens Edge at Province Park, a luxury condominium neighborhood located in Fort Myers has surpassed the 70 percent sold mark.
According to Howard Krass, the community’s director of sales and marketing, 241 of the 330 homes available have been purchased. Contracts were taken of Greens Edge beginning in April 2005.
“We’ve reached the 73 percent sold mark in less than a year,” stated Krass, “That’s an average of 22 home sales per month.”
Krass added that both full time and part-time residents are purchasing homes in the mid-rise condominium neighborhood that borders Eastwood Golf Course and offers views of the course’s tree-lined fairways and the lakes that surround them.
“Those purchasing at Greens Edge have told us the golf course views, the square footage of the units and the communities location close to downtown Fort Myers, major shopping centers and I-75 were major factors in their buying decision,” said Krass.
Through an agreement with the City of Fort Myers, residents of Greens Edge will have direct, private access to Eastwood Golf Course, whether they walk or take their own golf cart. For those golfers who don’t own their own cart, Province Park has a fleet of golf carts available on a first come basis and can be used to travel the short distance to Eastwood.
Greens Edge features 11 six-story buildings offering sunrise and sunset views. Three floor plans are available with prices starting in the high-$300s.
The Broadmoor is a three-bedroom/den/two-and-a-half-bath plan with 1,735 square feet under air and 2,163 total square feet. The Aberdeen is a three-bedroom/den/two-and-a-half-bath plan with 1,875 square feet under air and 2,325 total square feet. The Carlsbad is a two-bedroom/den/two-bath plan with 2,001 square feet under air and 2,621 total square feet.
