Greens Edge at Province Park
A golf-side setting and an excellent location, close to Gulf beaches, major shopping centers, the Southwest Florida International Airport, I-75 and downtown Fort Myers, are driving strong sales at Greens Edge at Province Park, a mid-rise condominium neighborhood that overlooks picturesque Eastwood Golf Course.
According to Howard Krass, the community’s director of sales and marketing, approximately 250 of the 330 homes available at Greens Edge have already been purchased.
“Both full time and part-time residents are purchasing homes in Greens Edge,” stated Krass. “Those who have bought told us the golf course views, the design and square footage of the homes and the community’s location were major factors in their buying decision.”
Through an agreement with the City of Fort Myers, residents of Greens Edge will have direct, private access to Eastwood Golf Course, whether they walk or take their own golf cart. For those golfers who don’t own their own cart, Province Park has a fleet of golf carts available on a first come basis and can be used to travel the short distance to Eastwood.

“Having golf carts available for residents adjacent to a championship golf course is like offering the country club lifestyle without the membership fees and the high cost usually associated with that luxury lifestyle,” said Krass.
But golf is just the beginning of the active lifestyle Greens Edge residents will enjoy. In fact, the neighborhood’s world-class amenity center is currently under construction.
“The exterior of the clubhouse will feature an outdoor spa, tropical free-form pool, large sun deck, poolside Tiki bar and tennis court. The interior of the clubhouse will include a grand room with fireplace, large screen television and billiard table, as well as a fitness center/aerobics room, locker rooms, saunas and massage therapy rooms.
“The residents of Greens Edge can stay as busy as they want to be or simply relax at home enjoying the spectacular views of the manicured fairways and lakes of Eastwood Golf Course,” said Krass.
When completed, Greens Edge will feature 11 six-story buildings offering sunrise and sunset views. Two-bedroom plus den/two-bath and three-bedroom plus den/two-and-a-half-bath plans are available ranging in size from 1,735 to 2,001 square feet under air. Prices begin in the high-$300s.
“Standard features on all homes include granite countertops, raised panel cabinetry, crown molding, a security system and wide tiled verandas – to name just a few,” stated Krass.
